4. Payments and Fees

5. Intellectual Property
All content I create — including text, images, code, graphics, and documentation — remains my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You’re welcome to use this content for its intended purpose, but it must not be reproduced, altered, or resold without permission.
6. Confidentiality
I take your privacy seriously. I will treat all sensitive or confidential information you provide with care and discretion, including:

I strive to deliver high-quality, reliable services, but I cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of my services.

By using my services, you agree to indemnify and protect me from any legal claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise from your use of my services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

I may occasionally update these Terms. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to my website or communicated via email. Continued use of my services means you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Cancellation Policy
12.1 If you need to cancel your booking or project, please provide at least 7 days’ written notice prior to the start date or next phase.
12.2 Fees paid for work already completed or prep time are non-refundable.
12.3 If insufficient notice is given, I may invoice for:

Up to 50% of the remaining project value
I’ll always aim to be fair and understanding with cancellations.
13. Training Limits
If training is included in your package, it is capped at 2 hours per site/project, unless agreed otherwise. Extra training can be booked separately at my standard hourly rate.
14. Revisions & Edits
I include up to 2 rounds of revisions in most design or content-based projects. Any further edits may incur a small additional fee — I’ll always check in with you before applying charges.
15. Project Delays & Inactivity
If I don’t receive a response from you for 21 days or more, the project may be considered paused. A reactivation fee or revised timeline may be required. If you need more time, just let me know — I’m happy to accommodate wherever possible.
16. Third-Party Tools & Services
You may be asked to create or provide access to third-party services (e.g., web hosting, email platforms, calendars). You remain responsible for managing your own accounts and any related fees. I cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers.
